Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not confirm that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems with your payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping services to deliver our products to you. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by you.

In the event that your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up your package, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return shipping charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team. All returns must be authorized and must include a return authorization number, which will be provided by our Customer Service team.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BloomBeauty and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States and the State of California. BloomBeauty and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
